TLL Rent Voucher - If you wish to cancel your booking we can issue a voucher** for the current balance paid for your trip. The voucher can be used against future TLL Rent bookings or any other purchase from Thompson Leisure Ltd. OR;
You may qualify for a full refund if:
You give us 45+ days notice that you wish to cancel your booking due to Northern Ireland Government COVID-19 Restrictions causing disruptions to your planned trip.
Restrictions imposed by the Northern Ireland Government due to COVID-19 cause the closure of our TLL Rent collection depot when you are scheduled to pick up your vehicle.
Non-essential travel restrictions are implemented in Northern Ireland over the full period of your rental dates.
*Free booking amendments (subject to any increase in new booking value due to seasonal pricing) in the event you wish to postpone, bring forward your trip. Date changes can be accommodated for up to 365 days from the initial collection date. ** Min 48hrs notice prior to collection to issue a voucher for the paid value of your rental in the event you wish to postpone your trip but do not know new travel dates. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the initial collection date. Book Now, Pay When Suits You! SECURE YOUR BOOKING WITH A 50% DOWN PAYMENT! We have introduced a new installment scheme which means we do not require payment in full to secure your booking. If you’re getting ahead of the game, make your booking up to 90 days prior to collection with a 50% down payment and settle the remaining balance 30 days prior to collection.
